Give Back Block Party Terms & Conditions

  1. Times of Participation

    • The event takes place from 12PM until 6PM on July 12, 2025. 

    • All participants are asked to be open the entire time. 

    • Setup can begin at 10:30AM

    • Breakdown will begin at 6PM

  2. Booth/Tent 

    • Each artist/vendor will supply their own table,  and chairs in which to show their work / display their product or service. Vendors are highly ENCOURAGED to supply their own pop-up tent, logo table cloth, or covering. 

    • As last year got quite hot and there are no additional shade structures.

    • Artists and vendors must supply their own necessary fixtures & equipment for the display and/or sale of their products and/or services. 

    • NO electricity is available 

    • Artists and vendors are responsible for setting up, maintaining, and tearing down their own booth

    • The Williams Daniels Family Foundation does not have supplies or labor available to assist booth holders. 

    • Participants must supply their own tools. The Williams Daniels Family Foundation will not have tools available.

    • Table placement is on a first come/first serve basis. 

  3. Food and Beverages 

    • No alcoholic beverages may be brought into or sold at the event. 

  4. Food and Beverage vendors 

    • No food and beverage vendors are being accepted this year. However, we are open to dessert and pastry vendors. As a dessert and pastry vendor, you are responsible for carrying your own permits and insurance, and are responsible for adhering to all codes, laws and ordinances pertaining to their business. 

  5. To All Participants 

    • Organizers of The Give Back Block Party and Williams Daniels Family Foundation reserve the right to approve and/or reject vendor applications.

    • Organizers can ask vendors can be asked to leave at any time if there is any activity deemed inappropriate for the event.

    • Vendor applications will be accepted on a case-by-case basis and approvals given in an effort to maintain the highest quality, variety and appeal of products.

    • No walk-in vendors, services or participants are allowed. All participants must be pre-registered.

    • Signs are permitted only in your assigned space. No additional signage is permitted on-or-around the grounds.

    • Active solicitation outside your booth is not permitted. This includes, but is not limited to, handing out materials on the grounds and placing fliers on cars. 

    • Please help promote this event and your participation on social media.

    • No PETS, or other live animals are permitted. 

I agree to protect, indemnify, and hold harmless the Williams Daniels Family Foundation, The organizers of the Give Back Block Party, 95 North & 3 Wheel Jay from and against any and all causes of action,  claims, demands,  suits, liability, or expense by reason of loss or damage to property or bodily injury to any person, including death, as a direct or indirect result of use of any rented or occupied booth space, or in connection with any action or omission of the rental who shall defend any of the aforementioned business or personal entities in such cause of action or claim. My payment to this vendor agreement will serve as my signature on and of this agreement confirms acceptance of the above.
